VerifyFreight ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our hazmat compliance platform.
We collect information you provide directly, including name, company name, email address, and shipping manifest documents uploaded to our platform for compliance analysis. We also collect usage data to improve our services.
We use your information solely to deliver compliance analysis services, communicate with you about your account, and improve our platform. Uploaded manifest documents are used exclusively for the compliance analysis you request. We never sell your data or documents to third parties.
Uploaded shipping manifests and all associated data are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Access is strictly limited to authorized users within your organization.
Compliance analysis records are retained for as long as your account is active or as required to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
